World’s First Indoor Large-Scale Fire Test — And It Passed. Here’s What That Means for AI Data Centers. 🔥

Vision Group just completed the world's first indoor Large-Scale Fire Test (LSFT) on our REVO3.0 AIDC LFP Battery Backup Power System — strictly following UL 9540A-2026, 6th Edition.
We didn't take shortcuts. We pushed the limits so you don't have to.
⚙️ The Setup — Real Data Center, Worst-Case Conditions:
✅ 100% SOC, fully charged cabinets
✅ Initiating cabinet placed 0 cm from Target A, 68 cm from Target B
✅ All active suppression disabled — only passive cabinet protection
✅ Cabinet doors wide open, full oxygen exposure
✅ Followed by 120 minutes of continuous water spray
📊 The Results — Nothing Short of Remarkable:
🟢 74 minutes of full thermal runaway — zero propagation to adjacent cabinets
🟢 Adjacent modules remained fully charged — no thermal runaway
🟢 Target Cabinets A (0 cm!) and B intact — no fire damage
🟢 System maintained voltage output throughout (640V → 580V)
🟢 After 120-min water spray + 24-hr observation: no re-ignition, no leakage, no arcing
🟢 All three cabinets remained operational
✅ Three out of three UL 9540A-2026 criteria: PASSED
💡 Why does this matter?
Because AI data centers are scaling power densities faster than safety standards can keep up. Until now, fire testing was done outdoors — or only at cell level. Neither answers the real question:
If it happens inside my data center, does the fire stay where it starts?
