There comes the early Summer

Shenzhen has set a target to realize a GDP of 4 trillion yuan (around US$620 billion) and a per capita disposable income of more than 90,000 yuan by 2025.
The ambitious blueprint was made clear by Shenzhen Party chief Wang Weizhong in a report delivered at the opening session of the seventh Shenzhen Municipal Congress of the Communist Party of China yesterday, which set the course of the city’s development for 2021-2025.

On 21 April, Times Higher Education (THE) launched the THE Impact Rankings for 2021. SUSTech was ranked in Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6) about “Clean water and sanitation”, SDG 14 in “Life below water”, and SDG 17 about “Partnerships for the goals”. In SDG 6, SUSTech was ranked 2nd in Mainland China and 65th globally.
