With high gasoline prices and the rising demand of green travel, the new energy automobile becomes favored by the public. The range anxiety, however, is considered one of the major barriers to the adoption of all-electric cars.

Recently, a patent granted by Prof. Qi Yuanshen, Associate Professor of GTIIT’s Materials Science and Engineering Program, raised a new path to solving this issue.
