預防感染新型Coronavirus 五大手段：
1. 洗手 – 保持手部清潔
2. 室內空氣要流通
3. 佩戴口罩
4. 避免逗留在密閉、人流密集、人員有密切接觸的地方
5. 接種疫苗

Here are 5 coronavirus preventive measures issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour & Welfare of Japan in August:

1) keep hands clean
2) keep ventilation indoor
3) wear a mask
4) stay away from crowded areas and spaces where people have close contact
5) take vaccination

Check Retainer Quality with the Naked Eye:

1. Transparency : Look for defects such as bubbles, cracks, or surface dirt.
2. Smell : make sure there is no unusual odor.
3. Stain resistance : Immerse the retainer in a colored liquid for a certain period (e.g., curry sauce for 1 hour, coffee/red wine for 1 day), then clean and observe. The more severe the staining, the poorer the stain resistance.
