I aim to support the personal and professional development of those who want to work on their transformation, and the transformation of the world. I am also keenly interested in the wider field - social justice issues. Spirituality is personally important to me, and one of my finely honed workshops is on the topic of Psychotherapy and Spirituality. I travel and teach in many countries - I enjoy learning about other cultures, and being able to share my knowledge, skills and presence to people around the world. I have 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren. I am fascinated with Field Theory/Systems Theory and Cybernetics; my Phd is on the topic of Power. I love hiking in the mountains - especially in Japan. I am the originator of the concept of the Unvirtues, and author of the bestseller, Understanding The Woman In Your Life.
