To whom it may concern,

It has come to our attention that a person, or persons, have been using a false email address to set up appointments/interviews with potential job applicants.

These emails have been coming from outside of the school's email program and have not been sent by a member of the management team. We have spoken to an IT consultant as well as law enforcement in order to help block these individuals from doing this further.

For those who have received emails we sincerely apologize for the actions of this person (or persons) and regret any inconvenience it may have caused.

Please note that all emails to potential job applicants will only be sent from HR through our company email: ([email protected]). We will also follow up any job related emails with a phone call to ensure the validity of the email.

Again we apologize for any problems this may have caused and assure you that this situation will be dealt with immediately.
