Professor Mai Ke (Michael) is Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, he served as an Assistant Professor of Management at the Graduate School of Business at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) in Seoul and later the Business School at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in Singapore.

Prof. Mai's research primarily focuses on norm deviation behaviours in the workplace. His research interests can be organised into two primary research streams, focusing on examining both (a) deviant and unethical behaviours and (b) creative and innovative behaviours. His research draws on theories of psychological processing, social cognition, and judgment and decision-making to study these two prominent areas that concern employees’ personal and organisational lives.

Associate Professor of Strategy & International Business Terence Tsai | CEIBS Faculty Introductions

Dr. Terence Tsai is Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business at China Europe International Business School, and a PhD Supervisor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. His research interests include multinational corporations, sustainability strategy, environmental management, organisational theory (environmental adaptive theories) and Chinese management.

He previously served as a full-time consultant at the General Electric Company, CH2M HILL Inc., and Melzer Management Consulting (Germany) and has acted as an advisor to the National Environmental Protection Agency of China, Environmental Protection Administration of Taiwan, and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
