From heart-pounding rodas to inspiring workshops, we shared the energy of capoeira, building connections and breaking barriers through this beautiful Afro-Brazilian art form. 成都的朋友们！ ALEX老师带着超正统卡波耶拉工作坊来了！！

我们很高兴邀请到了杭州巴西战舞社团、上海曼丁加巴西战舞中心、同时也是Movement Family的创始人Alex教练来到成都，进行为期一天的Capoeira集训工作坊！

Alex是一名有着超过15年巴西战舞练习经验及13年授课经验的专业巴西战舞教师。他在卡波耶拉教育学院（巴西）完成了作为巴西战舞老师的课程，得到了Cueca以及Edan大师们授予的教练证书。在2019年他获得了“蓝带”（教练级别）。

这次的工作坊将涵盖Capoeira的基本动作、套路和技巧。Alex老师将通过亲自示范和指导，帮助你更好地理解和掌握这些内容。对从没练习过巴西战舞的新人，也能带来很好的体验！

We are excited to share some wonderful news with you all. After much consideration and planning, we are thrilled to announce that we are moving!Our new address will be Zorba Studio, 1F, Unit 6, 69 Huakang Road, and we will be settling into our new home on November 1. Brazil was the Country of Honor at this year's Pujiang Innovation Forum, a three-day science and technology event in Shanghai that ended on Monday. Our capoeira group "The Shanghai Center for Capoeira - Mandinga" was honored to be invited and represent Afro-Brazilian martial capoeira and its development in China.
