The 5th Global Impact in Finance Seminar (GIFS) will take place at Fudan University's Handan Campus.

The seminar is hosted by the 2025 Intake Full-Time FMBA of Fudan International School of Finance (FISF).

The full-time Finance MBA program at Fudan International School of Finance offered C.A.R.E. in China: Culture, Arts, Responsibility and Ethics, a specially designed course for international students aiming to deepen their understanding of Chinese culture through immersive learning. Moving beyond textbooks, the course engaged students in workshops and field trips that covered tea culture, city walk, Chinese opera, and culinary arts—to inspire cultural appreciation and cross-cultural competence essential for future global leaders in finance.

Pablo Felipe Ernesto Carpanetti Anaiz, a first-year master’s student at Fudan International School of Finance, shared his journey from Chile, the first South American country to establish diplomatic relations with China.

One year ago, he came to Fudan to study Chinese. In class, the unique intonation and rhythm of the Chinese language captivated him. In his spare time, he picked up Chinese drumming and even took on the role of group leader. Now, as a student in the FMBA program at the Fudan International School of Finance, he sees every step of his journey as a move towards a richer future. “I hope to draw wisdom from Fudan’s classrooms, and grow through cultural integration, ” he said.
