This post might be controversial but majority of my day-to-day conversations revolve around THESE ISSUES! It's not just about speaking positivity (although, yes it helps a little) but it's also about practical ways teachers can be, NEED to be, better supported EVERY DAY.

COMMENT: What's your school doing that helps you feel supported and actually makes a positive impact on your employment? Better yet, what could be implemented so that these barriers start to be broken?

Eyes on Me's goal is to help relieve some of these stresses, help stop this double narrative and be an advocate and support for educators pushed past their contracted limits 💪💪 Let's get to work teachers! What do you need?

Because pretending to be okay when you're not isn't okay.
