Our student-athletes continue to make us proud in the classroom and in competition. On May 18, we gathered for the end-of-year Athletic Awards Banquet to celebrate the dedication, growth, and sportsmanship of our Dolphins throughout the season.

The evening brought the athletic community together through shared memories, student reflections, team recognitions, and a season review slideshow highlighting many memorable moments from the year. We also celebrated 103 students who participated in athletics this year.

Awards included MVP honors, Most Improved Player, Leadership Award, Coaches Award, and Sportsmanship Award. Alumnus Erwan joined us as a guest speaker, sharing encouragement and lessons for our athletes as they continue their journeys.

Thank you to our administrators, coaches, parents, and volunteers for helping create such a meaningful night for our Dolphins.

Our middle school boys’ and girls’ basketball teams traveled to Tianjin to compete with LifePlus member schools across the region.

The tournament brought intense and exciting matches. Our students showed teamwork, sportsmanship, and strong determination throughout.

The girls’ team claimed 1st place. The boys’ team finished in 2nd place.

Congratulations to all our student athletes. They played with passion, perseverance, and pride, and they represented our school beautifully.

LifePlus Kids Read brings middle school students together for a shared challenge built on thinking and collaboration.This year, ten students from the International School of Qingdao traveled to Tianjin. They prepared with focus. They stepped into new genres and new ideas.During the competition, they showed strong teamwork. Reading Month, hosted by our Chinese classes, has come to a close.

This March, secondary students joined a shared reading experience across the LifePlus network. Classrooms filled with books. Students slowed down to read, reflect, and respond.

They shared ideas in class. They explored texts with care. After school, they created thoughtful reading projects. Selected works are now on display across campus, each one shaped by personal insight.

Reading leaves a quiet mark. It stays with them as they continue forward.

Students from International School of Qingdao joined fellow learners from all LifePlus international schools in Tianjin to take part in the 2026 Fine Arts Festival, a large-scale interschool collaborative arts celebration.

Through joint rehearsals and shared creative work, students performed in orchestra, choir, drama and visual arts displays, demonstrating excellent teamwork and artistic expression.

Great news from the court.

The boys and girls basketball teams from International School of Qingdao finished in second place at this year’s LifePlus High School Basketball Tournament hosted in Tianjin.

Throughout the tournament, our student-athletes showed determination, discipline, and strong teamwork. Each game brought new challenges. The teams stayed focused and competed with confidence.

We are proud of their performance and the way they represented our community. Congratulations to every player and coach who made this achievement possible.
