The School of Pharmacy held a university-local-enterprise exchange forum with Taizhou National Medical High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Both sides introduced development status, talent-funding policies and research-teaching priorities, reaching consensus on funding, talent and industry-university-research cooperation. Laying a foundation for in-depth cooperation, it is a key measure responding to the "Strong Nation Tour" initiative and promoting high-quality regional development.

Professor Li Siwen of our university gave the 6th "Wonderful One Hour" lecture at the library, themed "A Brief Discussion on Goal Setting and College Life". Combining his own experiences, he advised students to clarify directions, break down goals, value scientific research and lifelong learning. The lecture offered practical methods to over 300 teachers and students, aiding their development planning.

Twenty-one medical workers from Mauritius, participants of the Ministry of Commerce's "Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Training Course for Developing Countries" hosted by our university's International Education College, conducted an inspection and practice at Jiangning Campus. They visited key laboratories, the Pharmaceutical Museum, etc., experiencing TCM culture and modern pharmaceutical achievements immersively, which demonstrates the university's responsibility in promoting TCM's international dissemination.

2019 Nobel Laureate in Physiology or Medicine Prof. Gregg L. Semenza visited our university. President Hao Haiping received him, awarded an honorary professor appointment letter, and the two sides established cooperation. Prof. Semenza shared HIF research outcomes, gave academic guidance, and inspected the university’s research platforms and cooperative hospital, opening a new chapter for biomedical cooperation and talent training.

The 8th International Cultural Festival, hosted by the International Education College of our university, coincided with the 89th anniversary of the university. Featuring cultural huts and art performances, it showcased global diverse cultures and built an exchange platform for Chinese and foreign students. It reflects the university's open education philosophy and international achievements; the university will continue to promote cultural exchanges to create a more international campus.

Academician Li Xinmin of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences from the University of Alberta visited our Jiangning Campus and was received by Deputy Director Liu Xiaoxuan. Both sides reviewed cooperation history, discussed joint talent training and other issues, reached consensus, and will expand cross-university and cross-border cooperation to deepen practical cooperation and collaborative innovation in advantageous disciplines.
