The students do not need to pay the related waived fee when register at the university. 2. The scholarship does not cover any other fee which is not listed above, including but not limited to visa application fee, physical examination fee, insurance fee, textbook fee, living expenses and etc..
3. If the student passed the first round verification, but not pass the final verification of scholarship. The student can study at Qingdao university as a self-sponsoring a student.

December 20, 2018 Because there are many applicants for scholarship application and the scholarship seats are limited, we will check with the university at the end of every month to see if the scholarship is still available to apply. We might close the application before the deadline based on the actual situation.

Application Qualifications
01. Non - Chinese citizen in good health condition
02. Age: 18 ~ 40 years old.
03. Applicants shall be students, and planning to study English-taught Bachelor.
04. The applicants' average score should be 80% or more, and should not be less than 70% in a single subject.
05. Applicants must abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government, behave well and meet the entrance requirements of Qingdao University.
06. Only Applicants that have not received other sorts of fund or scholarship could apply for the scholarship.

Notes: Students will need to provide work experience certificate if the students have work experience.
Documents in another language than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English. The translation company should stamp officially on the translated documents. Qingdao University said they prefer documents translated in Chinese. But if your students already have English version documents, we can apply for them first. CSCIE team will translate for you.
You are welcomed to suggest their applicants provide other supporting documents in order to higher the success rate, such as a language proficiency certificate,
physical examination form, non-criminal certificate, study plan , graduate certificate or academic transcript of higher education, any academic award certificate and etc..
If the applicant has the plan to renew the passport, iAgent should keep CSCIE update to avoid any unnecessary delay or misunderstanding. Technically, as soon as the application starts, before the applicant arrives and registers at the university, the applicant should not renew passport.
If your students are currently in China:
If they are working, they need to provide employment separation certificates and their current residence permit.
If they are studying, they need to provide the transfer certificate, the leaving certificate, the certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and the current residence permit.
As long as your students have studied in China , even they are not in China now, they still need to provide the transfer certificate, the leaving certificate, the certificate of attendance rate which issued by the previous school.
