ARC is an internationally recognised framework that evaluates how built environments perform in real-world operations rather than just design intent. The platform analyses operational indicators across key ESG categories to create a complete picture of institutional environmental performance and community well-being.

👥 Human Experience 人文體驗 | 80/100: Outperforming the global average of 61 - reflecting exceptional occupant satisfaction and superior indoor environmental quality. 高於全球平均分 61 分，顯示使用者滿意度高，室內環境品質優良。
🚲 Transportation Mobility 綠色出行 | 86/100: Demonstrating highly sustainable commuting patterns and low greenhouse gas emissions associated with campus mobility. 具備高度可持續發展的通勤模式，校園移動產生的溫室氣體排放偏低。
⚡ Energy Performance 能源績效 | 78/100: Confirming zero direct on-site fossil fuel combustion and robust progress towards minimising our operational carbon footprint. 校園無現場直接燃燒化石燃料，在降低營運碳足跡方面成效顯著。
💧 Water Performance 水資源績效 | 57/100 : Establishing a solid baseline in water management whilst identifying key targets for future resource efficiency. 水資源管理基礎扎實，並已明確未來提升資源使用效率的重點方向。
♻️ Waste Audit Outcomes 廢物審計成果 | Recording a diversion rate of 2.75K kg to guide future operational enhancement and waste-reduction initiatives. 資源回收率達 2,750 公斤，為日後營運優化及減廢措施提供重要參考。
