Close encounters of the tasty kind at Bangkok’s Railway Market. Nothing beats good food, great vibes, and the rush of a passing train. Wishing all my favorite people a very Merry Christmas filled with love and excitement 🙏🎄🧑‍🎄

So Thankful

I just got the ‘Honorary Doctorate in Yoga’ from the World Culture and Environment Protection Commission.

But my real degree?
It’s YOU - my dear students.

Every breath we take together, every smile in class, every little step you grow…
That’s what fills my heart.

You trusted me.
You learned with me.
You let me guide you.

This award is not mine.
It’s OURS.

Thank you for teaching me how to love yoga more every day.
I’m nothing without you.

Let’s keep going – together.
NAMASTE 🙏

Mastering Forearm Balance: Progress in Inversions-
In this video, students demonstrate their progress in Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana)—some catching their balance, others still working on it, but all enjoying the process. The key? They have learned to fall safely and skillfully, freeing them from the fear of trying.
Wall vs. No Wall - The Wall as a Tool- Use it to refine alignment and focus.
- No Wall- Stepping away builds independence and true mastery. Both approaches are valuable and complementary.
For Beginners: Strength First
If inversions feel tough, remember to focus on core, shoulder, and neck strength. Start with the wall or supported variations, and take your time. it’s all part of the journey.
The magic of inversions lies in the process- every fall, every attempt, and every moment of balance teaches resilience and joy. Keep practicing. you are stronger than you think.
