1️⃣ YOU&ME FAMILY FITNESS (Ages 1–6) 🧸
When: Sundays | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
What: Led by Coach Nini, this is a fun Family Strength Workout using baby & toddler bodyweight play. It is the perfect opportunity to bond, laugh, and move together!
2️⃣ T-REX KIDS CIRCUIT (Ages 7–12) 🦖
When: Tuesdays | 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM
What: Let your kids unleash their inner T-Rex! They will conquer high-energy circuits designed to build explosive cardio, strength, and unstoppable resilience.
