Would you pick it up?
There are many questions about enrolling in our Painting Class, one of the most frequent questions is: would I pick it up as a beginner?
The following question is: how many classes would it take to finish a painting?
I prefer the first question, I believe everyone has their talent, even not necessarily in painting, I am always able to spot people’s hidden abilities and use them to overcome their difficulties.
Therefore it’s not a problem if you are a beginner. The issue is on the second question, why would one rush it if you love it? Maybe about the tuition fee?
Here is another story, a customer asks a designer about his working wage per hour, and wonders how to demand a lower price since the designer got all the commissioned jobs done so fast.
The answer is he doesn’t have one, if he could be efficient enough to finish a job earlier why would he procrastinate?
In this case, we can see the customer was punishing the designer for his efficiency and quality in his field, and that is thoroughly wrong.
If one day I ever rush my student to finish their painting on time (which I have never done so)over his or her ability, to enhance their work at the highest quality. Please pick up the gun and use it on me!
