Turn your creativity into a career with us @ Wowkids！Half of our employees are foreign passport holders. We have our own team of R&D Engineers behind our own set of carefully crafted curriculum that is geared towards "immersive learning" and "nurturing creativity". Unlike your traditional after-school training center, and typical "STEM/STEAM" institutions, "teachers" do not just teach --- they are heavily involved in the development of other projects in the company such as media and curriculum and other emerging positions. After 1 successful year of service, all coaches (regardless of background) are evaluated based on their performance (We assess your performance based on OKR model - the same one that google uses) and you may be eligible for promotion - (either vertical or horizontal) within the company.
