Welcome to Fruit Surgery family. today we are performing gastrectomy. Meet our patient Mr. Okulu. 35 years suffering from stomach cancer. he's about to undergo gastrectomy to remove his entire stomach due to how serious the cancer has spread, to prevent more complications or damage.

WHAT IS GASTRECTOMY? A gastrectomy is the surgical removal of all or part of the stomach. The stomach is a J-shaped organ in the upper abdomen.

If you have stomach cancer, your doctor may suggest taking out part or all of your stomach.

Patients must make significant dietary changes when a gastrectomy is performed. The surgery can stop your cancer from spreading and prevent it from coming back. SHARE ALL VIDEOS.

Our patient Mr. Banat, 45 years old is having his tubes tied today. he has over 10 children and he thinks he's done having kids. since some things can't be done with, he chooses this procedure vasectomy.

What Is a Vasectomy?
It is a small operation to prevent pregnancy. It blocks s***m from getting to a man's semen when he ej*****te. With no s***m leaving a man's body, he can’t get someone pregnant. He can still have an or**sm and ej*****te.

There are two types of vasectomies: the incision method, and the no-scalpel (no-cut) method. No-cut methods lower the risk of infection and other complications, and generally take less time to heal.

Vasectomies are meant to be permanent — so they usually can’t be reversed. You should only get a vasectomy if you’re 100% positive you don’t want to be able to get someone pregnant for the rest of your life.
