Some students are asking about next CSC's scholarships opening, so I would like to clarify that China offers these scholarships once a year. Application process time is generally between December and April-mid (varies from university to university). Applications and credentials are scrutinized in April and May and usually the nomination list is updated in June and then for cross-validation sent to CSC for final approval. So, the final results are announced in late July. So, if you guys are interested for the next intake in 2022, then please prepare the following items:
1. A well-written research proposal (3-5 pages)
2. Convincing Resume (keep in mind that highlight your strengths rather than personal details such as your publications, your research skills and the software you are confident to work on).
3. Convincing covering letter (why you are interested and explain your motivation)

You guys can use the above three items to get acceptance letter from the supervisors of your field. Better presentation and communication can help you to get the acceptance letter.

Again, please keep in mind that Acceptance Letter is not a guarantee, but just to enhance your chances. Many students got CSC fully funded scholarships without acceptance letter.

4. Academic credentials (specially last degree and transcript))
5. passport copy
6. Two recommendation letters (Associate or full professors)
7. Medical Examination Report
8. Police Clearance Certificate
9. Samples of your papers
