Jinan - English/Subject Teachers Needed in New School 10000 p/m
We need two experienced teachers to work in a newly opened school in Jinan, the capital of Shandong province. The school is a Singapore owned enterprise, where students learn all subjects in English. (Math, Science, Geography, Art etc.)
Teachers should be from a native speaking country and be enthusiastic as well as having some teaching experience.
A full curricullum, training and support will be given.
Teachers will be provided with a modern apartment (Single occupancy, not shared) as well as 3000RMB Medical insurance subsidy. The school allows for 15 days paid vacation as well as the normal Chinese public holidays for teachers signing a 1 year contract.
Salary is negotiable (8000-10000) depending on qualifications and experience. Maximum teaching hours will be 25 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to get into a new school, with great career advancement opportunities.
Jinan is a provincial capital, with a low cost of living and many western conveniences as well as lots of local culture. there is a vibrant muslim quarter in the centre of the town. Shandong is known as being the centre of confucionism. Beijing can be reached in less than 3 hours by train. If you want to study Chinese, Jinan is known for its good university programs and the local pronunciation is very standard Chinese.
