Hey guys! Come and join our internship program in China! You might have a few questions for us. So here are some FAQ's and answers :)
WHAT IS THE LANGUAGE REQUIRMENT?
You need to have either of the following attributes:
- A native speaker of English or
- Proficient in English, both in oral and written English
WHAT ARE THE AGES OF INTERNS?
The age of the participants does vary, with people from 18 through to 50 joining the program.
WHICH CITIES PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM?
Chengdu, Mianyang, Deyang, Nanchong, Suining, Guangyuan, Dujiangyan, Chongqing, Tianjin, and Hainan.
WHEN CAN I APPLY FOR THE PROGRAM?
Whenever you want! We have a February intake and an August intake every year. Interviews for suitable candidates will be conducted after applications are received.
WHAT KINDS OF TEACHER INTERN POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Generally, there are Five categories of teacher assistant placement:
1. Kindergarten
2. Primary
3. Secondary
4. High school
5. College/University
You will be asked to nominate your preference of placement, but due to school applications and the varying numbers of candidates these are not guaranteed.
WHAT KIND OF VISA IS NEEDED?
X2 visa which lasts 6 months
WILL I GET A MONTHLY ALLOWANCE?
Yes. You will get a monthly allowance of RMB2000 and RMB4500 bonus upon completion.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
The following are not included in the program fee:
Plane ticket
Travel and medical insurance
Visa application fee at your local embassy
WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED?
You do require comprehensive insurance for the program, especially medical insurance. The ideal package includes health, accident, liability and baggage insurance.
