ZhiNeng QiGong Science - China - Beijing Wisdom Healing Center

On April 12, 2026, the Beijing Wisdom Healing Center held the first International Exchange Conference on Three-Level Substance at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, with over 40 participants from China, Mexico, Peru, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Abraham from Mexico, using the World Health Organization Quality of Life assessment methodology, pointed out that through comparative group experiments, long-term practitioners of ZhiNengQiGong exhibited significantly more changes in gene expression than beginners. This indicates that the health effects of this practice follow a cumulative pattern and can trigger more extensive related gene transcription.
Michael from Germany pointed out that the adherence rate among Qigong practitioners is significantly higher than that of high-intensity gym workouts, this approach uses the regulation of the mind and intention to guide changes in the body's Qi, is a more reliable active health intervention.

Pablo from Peru shared that three years ago, he suffered a severe accident while surfing—landing headfirst onto the beach, which caused a basilar skull fracture, dural tear, and cerebrospinal fluid leakage. He underwent craniotomy surgery and was admitted to the ICU, where he experienced fever and epileptic seizures. Last year, he came to Beijing to learn ZhiNengQiGong. Within seven months, all of his symptoms had disappeared, he had stopped taking all medications, and his quality of life and work efficiency had returned to normal.
Li Changhui, a researcher at the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Peking University, believes that the recent development of Qigong science has sparked an interdisciplinary reflection on technology and Eastern wisdom. He pointed out that while cutting-edge biomedical technologies can now read and intervene in the physical basis of life (the "body") with high precision, there is still a lack of understanding regarding the emergent and dynamic functions of life as a whole (the "mind"). Future medicine should move toward an integrated approach that unifies body and mind.
Tianjian from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences provided a systematic summary of the Three-Level Substance Theory, highlighting nine levels of evolution and sublimation of the Yi Yuan Ti . He pointed out that the fundamental goal of our practice is to return to the Yi Yuan Ti itself.
The conference concluded in a pleasant and enthusiastic atmosphere.

El 12 de abril del 2026, el Beijing Wisdom Healing Center llevó a cabo la primera Conferencia de Intercambio Internacional sobre los 3 Niveles de Sustancia en la Universidad de Medicina China de Beijing con más de 40 participantes de China, Mexico, Perú, Alemania y Países Bajos.
Abraham de Mexico, utilizando la metodología de la Organización Mundial de la Salud en Calidad de Vida, resaltó a través de experimentos comparativos de grupos, que practicantes de larga trayectoria de Zhineng Qigong mostraban mayores cambios significativos en expresión de genes que los principiantes. Esto indica que los efectos en la salud de esta práctica sigue un patrón acumulativo que puede disparar más extensivamente la relación de transcripción genética.
Michael de Alemania señaló que el rango de adhesión entre practicantes de Qigong es significativamente mayor que prácticas intensivas de gimnasio. Este acercamiento usa la regulación de la mente y la intención para guiar cambios en el Qi del cuerpo, es una más confiable intervención de la salud activa.

Pablo de Perú, compartió que hace tres años sufrió un accidente muy severo mientras surfeaba, cayendo de cabeza a la playa, lo que le provocó una fractura de cráneo, desgarro dural y fuga de liquido cefalorraquídeo. Atravesó cirugías craneales y estuvo bajo cuidados intensivos donde experimentó fiebre y episodios epilépticos. El año pasado vino a Beijing para aprender Zhineng Qigong. Dentro de los siete meses todos sus síntomas habían desaparecido, concluyó la toma de medicación y su calidad de vida y eficiencia en el trabajo volvieron a la normalidad.

Li Changhui, un investigador del Departamento de Ingeniería Biomédica de la Universidad de Pekín cree que el desarrollo reciente dea ciencia del Qigong suscitó una reflexión interdisciplinaria sobre la tecnología y la sabiduría oriental. Destacó que si bien las tecnologías biomédicas de vanguardia pueden leer e intervenir en la base física de la vida (el "cuerpo") con gran precisión, aún hay una falta de entendimiento con respecto a la emergente y dinámica función de la vida como un todo (la "mente"). La medicina del futuro debería dirigirse e integrar el acercamiento que unifica al cuerpo y a la mente.
Tianjian de la Academia de las Ciencias de la Agricultura de China proveyó un resumen sistemático de la Teoría de los Tres Niveles de Sustancia, resaltando nueve niveles de evolución y sublimación de Yi Yuan Ti. Destacó que el objetivo fundamental de nuestra práctica es regresar al Yi Yuan Ti.
