✅ If you receive a CV, RESPOND.
✅ If they ask for feedback on their profile, GUIDE THEM
✅ If you don't have a vacancy for them, YOU CAN REFER THEM

Ghosting candidates can have negative consequences for both the candidate and the company.
It can damage the candidate's perception of the company.
🫣 Causing them to share their negative experience with others, which can harm the company's reputation.
Moreover, it can lead to missed opportunities for the company, as a candidate who feels ghosted may be less likely to apply for future positions or refer others to the company.
🧑🏫 Finally, it is simply a matter of respect and common courtesy to provide a response to candidates who have taken the time to apply and engage with the company.
