As I spent my birthday today at work in MINAT, I found myself reflecting deeply on the path I have taken in life.
My journey has been a unique blend of tradition and modern ambition. As the Fon of Oku, a position of great responsibilities, I have always believed that leadership is not just about holding a title; it is about continuous growth, learning and adaptation. Despite the many duties that come with my role as Fon, I felt a strong desire to challenge my mind further. This led me to pursue a career path in Administration, enrolling as a Civil Student Administrator at ENAM. This decision was born out of the understanding that education is a powerful tool in shaping effective leadership and governance.

Balancing the responsibilities of tradition with the demands of modern administration requires resilience, dedication and a clear vision. Each step I take is guided by a commitment to serve not only the Oku people but also the broader community.

As I reflect on my journey, I am reminded that true leadership is about inspiring others to dream more, learn more and become more. I encourage everyone to follow their dreams and embrace the importance of education in their journey. It is through learning that we equip ourselves to handle the challenges of leadership and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
