We are happy to announce that TESOL teacher training for this year shall begin on August 7, 2023.
This course is for aspiring International English language teachers who dream to teach abroad.
The training includes a career path orientation and job procurement for trainees in Europe and Asia.
The course is offered onsite and online designed and certified by TESOL Canada. It is facilitated by English Cafe Center (onsite) and Canvas network (onsite).
Full tuition scholarship is available for the first 10 accepted candidates offered by Tesol English-Cafe Cameroon.
The Course structure is in three parts:
1. TESOL Foundation
2. Advanced TESOL (Certification)
3. Specialization
- Teaching Academic English (TAE)
- Teaching Business English (TBE)
- How to train for IELTS, TOEFL and TOIEC
- How to teach online.
4. General Certificate board exam (in Canada and Cameroon)
Deadline for application is August 5, 2023.
Application requirements:
- Applicants must be holders of at least a high school diploma.
- Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in any field are highly recommended.
- Candidates must be fluent in English. (Candidates who are not fluent in English must undergo a pre-training in English before course commencements).
Application are done in person at English Cafe Center campus in Yaoundé.
