The 2024/2025 academic year is fast running out. This Saturday the 15th of February 2025, Assurance Academy will be organizing the Regional Career Orientation Fair (RECOF) at the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences of the University of Yaounde 1 (ex-CUSS). The event which holds every year, will gather a multitude of Upper sixth science students from over 100 Schools in the Centre region of Cameroon. It will be an opportunity for these youths to choose a career path which they will follow after the GCE Advance Level.

Over the last weekend, one of the co-founders of Assurance Academy, Engineer Foncha Wilson Tanyu defended his Master of Engineering thesis in Civil Engineering. The title of the defense thesis was "ANALYSIS AND RECONSTRUCTION OF CRACK PATTERNS IN EXISTING REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES: CASE STUDY OF THE NEW ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING OF THE NATIONAL ADVANCED SCHOOL OF PUBLIC WORKS YAOUNDE"

Preparatory Classes for competitive entrance examinations ("concours") into Professional institutions have been going on at the various Assurance Academy centers across Yaounde. We thank the Wimbum Students Union/Yaounde Branch for spreading the word and we promise to reduce the fees of any young WISUan or mbum child who comes for Prepa at Assurance Academy.
