We are thrilled to announce that our website has been completed 🎉🎉 and we officially launched it with a mini online event on Sunday, 11th of August 2024, under the theme: Tackling educational challenges in Africa.

Our two guest speakers for the day were Rachel Cooper, an education specialist with experience at UNICEF, the World Bank, and other development agencies and NGOs. Nformi Melvis, founder of Providence Action, a nonprofit organization aiming to provide quality education to underprivileged children in Cameroon. We also had a presentation about our website by two of our volunteers

We are incredibly grateful to the Pollination Project Foundation for their generous support.

In 's English-speaking regions, a socio-political crisis has severely disrupted , forcing schools to close and leaving many without access to study materials.

In response, Forsi Ferdinand founded Educational Mail in 2019. The initiative collects used and notes from graduates in unaffected areas and distributes them to students in need. With over 600 students helped and just $1000 in resources, this initiative has shown remarkable impact. The organization now aims to expand its reach and efficiency by creating a website for managing donations and connecting with more students and teachers. With the support of a TPP grant Edumail seeks to double its impact and further support students with fees and study supplies.
