The UK Government will soon apply a visa brake to applications for some visa routes from specific nationalities, due to abuse.

Applications from nationals of Cameroon under the sponsored study route made after 00:01 on 26 March 2026 will be refused.

The UN Young Professionals Programme (YPP) is a recruitment initiative for talented, highly qualified professionals to start a career as an international civil servant with the UN Secretariat.
