Over a week ago, from December 3 to 5, EISERVI proudly hosted a transformative three-day Librarians' Training Program for 14 dedicated librarians and educational partners!
The atmosphere was electric—enlightening, collaborative, and a fantastic networking opportunity. Participants left realising the role of a librarian is a dynamic blend of leadership, outreach, and technological savvy.
Over the three days, our librarians mastered a comprehensive curriculum designed for impact:
• Basic Library Management
• Using Books to Enhance the Curriculum
• Reading Promotion & Event Running
• Resource Mobilization & Library Outreach
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• ...culminating with hands-on training on our Library Management Software.
The Impact? Our newly equipped librarians are ready to step up, embracing their expanded roles as vital educational leaders in their communities. This training marks a significant stride in promoting educational excellence across the region.
