You're not a Slave to Food
Most often than not we are tempted to think that food can replace joy or make you feel better.
Others go ahead to over fill up themselves with food whenever there are depressed.
I have a word for you. Don't look at food as a solution to your problems.
It's just like drinking to forget your challenges which doesn't work.
So what you should do is, look inside to get the solution to every challenge and not resort to food each time you have emotional, financial or any other challenges.
That's why the old saying still remains; we eat to live and not live to eat.
Romans 14:17-20 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
For he that serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
Let us therefore follow after the things which bring peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.
All things indeed are pure but it's your responsibility to know when to eat and when not to eat.
Cheers
Do have a great day ahead.
Mbihlufeuin Mispah.
