JOINT STAFF ORIENTATION AND WORKSHOPS

DAY FIVE

THEME: LADYBIRD CODE OF CONDUCT AND COMMUNICATION PATTERN

Day Five, which marks the end of the Joint Staff Orientation, opened with prayer and remarks by the G.A.

Four sessions were held:

1. Ladybird Code of Conduct by Mr. Mengdze Charles (VP Arts) on staff ethics, values, and professional standards.
2. From Survival to Significance by Mr. Yong - on finding purpose in teaching beyond salary.
3. The Teacher as Major Determinant of Learners' Performance by Rev. Nkongho (Principal) - on the teacher's role in driving excellence.
4. Effective Communication in Ladybird by Mr. Ojong (G.A) - on proper communication channels and etiquette.

The five-day workshop ended with closing remarks ahead of the 2026-2027 academic year.
