In Cameroon, the secondary school academic year runs across three terms. Within this period, learners are assessed up to six times to measure how well they have mastered the lesson objectives taught in each term. The first and second terms each have two evaluation periods, while the third term usually has just one evaluation period in most schools.
At Digital Secondary School Babungo, we are currently carrying out our 4th evaluation, which also marks the second evaluation of the second term of the 2025/2026 academic year. This is a key moment for both learners and teachers to reflect, adjust, and grow.
Now over to you 👇
When you think back to your own school days…
1) How did you feel when evaluation time approached?
2) Were you excited, nervous, confident, or all of the above?
3) Is there a particular test, exam, or teacher’s comment you still remember today?

*Dear promoters of DSS BABUNGO and lovers of education, Good evening.*
Today, February 26, 2026, Digital Secondary School (DSS) Babungo took a bold step in STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) module, starting with a deep dive into Electrical Engineering.
Our students are not just reading from textbooks, they are building the world.
*Our 3-Week Electrical Roadmap are as follows*
• Week 1 (Today): Practical "rough work" and mastering one-way switch connections.
• Week 2: Advancing to two-way, three-way, and four-way switching, including the installation of circuit breakers and earth cables.
• Week 3: Finalizing the module with Fault Identification and safety troubleshooting.
Following this, our students will transition into Plumbing, which is another essential life skill in our comprehensive curriculum.
At DSS Babungo, STEM is a core part of our curriculum for Form One and Form Two students. We are training the next generation of engineers and technicians, ensuring they have the "hands-on" skills to lead in a digital and industrial world.
Empowering minds. Building skills. Transforming our community.

Good morning to all,
Our first sequence evaluation has kicked off successfully today 18th November 2025. We deliberately decided to send some students back home after morning devotion to dress properly, for we will not tolerate any form of indiscipline or violation of school rules and regulations.
Following our last PTSA meeting, one of the resolutions was that we should not send students home due to school fees issues. Some parents have taken this as an opportunity.
However, as announced during morning devotion, today 18th November, students who have not yet registered should do so by tomorrow or stay home, as it's not safe to send children home due to insecurity concerns others issues. We have issued *YELLOW NOTICE* to all the parents concern
Students who have not completed their fees should do so by December 20th.
Thank you all.
The Principal,
Tumenta Ferdinand Sofi
