We unpacked the Limitless Africa podcast episode on How American tech platforms are changing the future of work in Africa.

Participants engaged actively throughout the session, converging on a shared conclusion: American tech platforms aren't just creating jobs for Africans, they're redefining what work even means here, providing a structural shift enabling Africans to access global salaries, build local wealth, and remain rooted in their communities while competing internationally.

Discussion also touched on the risk of Africa remaining a consumer rather than a producer of AI tools, and the importance of platforms like LinkedIn for professional visibility.

The future of work is here, and Africa is ready.
