Our recent Book Club session on "Gardez une longueur d'avance" by Gino Wickman sparked insightful discussions and active participation from everyone present.
Participants shared valuable perspectives on leadership, delegation, team alignment, and creating a clear vision that guides sustainable growth. One key takeaway was that successful businesses thrive when processes are documented, responsibilities are defined, and leaders focus on ex*****on.
The session reminded us that long-term business success is not accidental, it is the result of intentional structure, consistent action, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

In our recent book discussion, we eplored “L’art du pitch”, a book highlights that persuasion is not about dominance, but about mastering context, status, and timing.
It also explains how the brain responds to positioning, then teaches how to adapt your message to interviews, negotiations, and everyday conversations. It also explores social status dynamics and practical techniques for shifting perception.
Participants shared real situations where they applied these strategies, with business professionals finding immediate value because pitching, influencing, and positioning are central to their daily interactions.
