Your HND Is Valuable… But Is It Enough?

Every year, thousands of HND graduates leave school with strong academic qualifications, yet many struggle to secure opportunities because today’s employers are looking for more than certificates. They are looking for graduates who can communicate effectively, lead teams, solve problems, think critically, and adapt to the workplace.

Your HND opens the door, but the skills you develop beyond the classroom determine how far you go.

This August, FUNIC Summer School is giving HND students the opportunity to bridge that gap through practical learning and career-focused development.

Here’s what you’ll gain:

✅ Stand Out to Employers – Develop the professional skills employers value beyond your HND qualification.

✅ Build Your Personal Brand – Learn how to present yourself with confidence, both online and in professional settings.

✅ Expand Your Network – Connect with industry professionals, mentors, and like-minded peers who can inspire your journey.

✅ Gain Career Clarity – Discover career paths that align with your strengths, interests, and personality.

✅ Master Job Readiness – Strengthen your CV, interview skills, workplace etiquette, and professional communication.

✅ Develop a Growth Mindset – Build leadership, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills for long-term success.

Don’t just graduate with a qualification. Graduate with the confidence, skills, and direction to thrive in today’s competitive world.

Join the FUNIC Summer School and develop the skills employers are looking for.

📅 Date: 1st – 31st August 2026

Change continues at FUNIC!

Our schools have been reorganized and structured around clearer pathways to help every student move with purpose toward the future they want to create.

And now, our logo reflects that same evolution.

We are proud to introduce the new FUNIC logo.

At its heart remains a symbol, Mount Cameroon in Buea, our birthplace. The mountain represents resilience, stability, and the journey of becoming. That has not changed.

Our colours also remain the same. Green. Gold. White. They reflect growth, value creation, and integrity. They remind us of who we are and what we stand for.

What is new is how these elements come together. Sharper. Stronger. More intentional. A visual identity that reflects our ambition and the future we are building.

In the days ahead, we will share the meaning behind every element of our new logo.

Welcome to the next chapter of FUNIC!
