Mbinka Kunsai Fomo is the Group Chief Executive Officer of CXTouchpoint Group, where he also served for many years as Founder and Lead Consultant. CXTouchpoint Group is the leading organization in Cameroon and Africa dedicated to advancing customer experience.

Mr. Mbinka is also the Secretary General of the Cameroon Association of Customer Experience Professionals, which unites stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. Previously, he served as the Cameroon Representative of the American Certification Institute and as a Client Engagement Representative with Ecobank.

He holds an MBA in Finance from FUNIC Business School, in partnership with Rome Business School, where he has also served as faculty, PC Supervisor, and member of the Defense Jury.

On Thursday August 28, 2025, we brought together FUNIC Business School alumni from the energy, telecom, agro-industry, and banking sectors to share insights on:

Mr. Ntongwe Enongene delivered a powerful keynote: “Beyond Certificates: Skills and Competencies Multinationals Expect from Master’s Graduates.”

He reminded participants that while a degree proves knowledge, performance, skills, and competencies create real value. Critical skills include problem-solving, cross-cultural communication, digital literacy, leadership, collaboration, resilience, and adaptability. He urged participants to keep up with industry trends, learn beyond the classroom, and commit to lifelong learning—because it’s not about the paper, but the value in your mind, heart, and character.

Meet our esteemed Panelist: Ms. Mildred Tebo

Ms. currently serves with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as a Field Associate, where she supports refugee protection and humanitarian response.

She brings extensive experience in humanitarian work, having previously served as:
• Protection Monitoring Officer with the Danish Refugee Council in Buea, Cameroon.
• Supervisor of Activities and Protection Officer with InterSOS, where she worked for two years.
• Protection Officer at the National Commission on Human Rights and Freedoms (NCHRF) in Bamenda.

She began her career as a Legal Researcher and has since built a strong track record in refugee protection, human rights, and humanitarian response.

Ms. Mildred is also a YALI Fellow and an alumna of FUNIC Business School, in partnership with Rome Business School, where she earned her Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management.

Keynote Speaker Day 2: Mr.

Mr. Diongo is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, and operations management. He is currently the Financial Manager at Action Against Hunger (ACF), USA, one of the world’s largest humanitarian organizations.

Previously, he served as Finance and Operations Manager at Nature’s Breath (Cameroon), and as Finance and Administrative Log Manager at Magna Medical (DRC), where he managed a gender-based violence program across Kasai and Lomami provinces. His international development experience also includes serving as Head of Finance and Administration for the World Bank–funded Health Sector Performance Reinforcement Project in Cameroon, overseeing a budget of more than US$10 million.

Mr. Diongo holds an MBA in Finance from FUNIC FUNIC Business School / Rome Business School and is an ACCA Certified Public Accountant. His career is a powerful example of how a Master’s degree opens doors to leadership in international finance and humanitarian development.
