Last Saturday, Rousseau Higher Institute of Technology hosted an inspiring academic event under the theme “Capture Tomorrow Readily”, bringing together students, parents and education stakeholders for a forward-looking experience.

The day was marked by insightful conferences on navigating the future in the age of artificial intelligence and ecological challenges, led by our distinguished guest, Martin Dumas. 🎓

Participants also engaged in a dynamic PBL showcase through a mock trial, followed by interactive exhibitions and personalised counselling sessions, offering valuable guidance for academic and professional pathways.

More than an event, it was a moment of reflection, learning and projection into the future; equipping our students with the mindset and tools needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. 🌍

🚀 Préparer demain dès aujourd’hui à RHIT

Samedi dernier, Rousseau Higher Institute of Technology a organisé un événement académique inspirant autour du thème « Capture Tomorrow Readily », réunissant élèves, parents et acteurs de l’éducation.

Cette journée a été marquée par des conférences enrichissantes sur les enjeux de l’avenir à l’ère de l’intelligence artificielle et des défis écologiques, animées par notre invité d’honneur, Martin Dumas. 🎓

Les participants ont également assisté à un PBL showcase à travers un procès fictif, suivi d’expositions interactives et de séances d’orientation personnalisées, offrant des perspectives concrètes pour leur parcours académique et professionnel.

While these tools can greatly enhance learning and creativity, they can also be misused if ethical responsibility and discipline are lacking. In these private spaces, educators are not always present; parents often play the primary supervisory role. This reality makes it essential for discipline to be a shared responsibility between the institution, parents, and students. 👌🏿

On March 19, 2026, the Rousseau Higher Institute of Technology (RHIT) will host a dedicated workshop aimed at strengthening the core values that shape high-performing and responsible students. 🧑🏾‍💼

The session will focus on discipline, professional conduct, and academic excellence -key pillars for success in today’s global and technology-driven environment. It will culminate in a joint agreement on the discipline framework and policies to be implemented at RHIT, developed collaboratively with inputs from RHIT leadership, parents, and students. 🌍

Through initiatives like this, RHIT continues to empower students with the mindset, values, and skills needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive and AI-driven world. ✨
