A lot of people complain about youths. They say that millenarians are too lazy and irresponsible, and that their parents worked harder. While that is true, it could be argued to some extents.
During their parents’ epoch, unemployment was not rampant, and technology/automation wasn’t replacing them at unprecedented rates, neither was the then population pressuring resources.
The economy today is largely controlled by companies. They have money and jobs. They decide whether or not to hire you. If these companies don’t need your skills, then you are out of use. How sad!
We are cycled through this education system with not much option and then are at the coercion of profit-seeking companies to make a living. Of course companies who want to maximize efficiency and won’t think twice to lay-off employees or restructure when need be. This is so because they are operating in a world where continuous innovation is the incentive.
So what about graduating and instead of presenting a CV, you present a business plan to be materialized into a market-fit enterprise?
JACC has stepped into this scenario, to change the scene at your advantage.
Stay tuned and watch how JACC seamlessly does that for you.😊
