Continued HOW TO BE CONFIDENT IN YOURSELF
👉 TAKING CARE OF YOUR HEALTH
This is certainly the most basic advice for regaining self-confidence and yet it is very often forgotten. To feel good about yourself and your head, you must first feel good about your body. Body shape is a considerable asset for feeling good in society and with oneself. And to achieve this, you need to do a few simple things:
✅ Have the most correct lifestyle possible, eat properly and rest with regular sleep.
✅ Do exercises and sports, even if you don't like it. If you look hard enough, you will find an activity you like to do alone or with others.
✅ Take time out to do nothing in the literal sense, or to read or listen to music for example.
These small actions in your daily life will greatly improve the feeling of being at ease with your body and with yourself.
👉 SET EVEN THE SMALLEST GOALS
Self-confidence is only possible through success. Because of this, you need to know how to set your own goals, even the smallest ones. You must create your own daily successes. For example, setting goals to go for a run or to go to the gym, because at first it is very difficult to motivate yourself, but when you do it, the feeling of accomplishment is even stronger after a session. Try as much as possible to get personal satisfaction from other daily actions such as reading, helping someone, cooking, going out, booking a holiday, cleaning. Start by making a small list of daily tasks or assignments for yourself, you will only strengthen the feeling of self-worth. The feeling of fullness will definitely make you feel better.
👉 READ BOOKS ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
To finally answer the question "How to be confident", there are more and more books on personal development. It's true that not everyone can get hooked on this type of reading, but it must be admitted that some of you already draw many resources from it. Be careful, however, not to say that these books on personal development will have miraculous virtues on your self-confidence. The main work to be done is up to you, as I mentioned throughout this article that I shared with you.

SELF-CONFIDENCE (Part 4)
Today we will continue with part 4 of : HOW TO HAVE SELF-CONFIDENCE
👉 SAY STOP TO BELIEFS TO HAVE SELF CONFIDENCE
We often lack self-confidence and tend to impose judgment on others and the world around us. We fear the opinion of others, the way they look at us. We prefer to anticipate by having an opinion about the person or the issue ourselves, as if we wanted to convince ourselves that this was the case. Unfortunately, this is a temporary feeling that often hides something deeper: "a hidden lack of self-confidence". That's why you have to stop with the beliefs and open yourself to the world, accept to meet different people with a different behaviour and opinion from your own. You have to go beyond the boundaries of your beliefs to accept the discovery and surrender naturally, to live the moment more spontaneously. This exercise may have a destabilising effect at first. But it will nevertheless have much more positive effects later on. As time goes by, this liberation will certainly allow you to develop your self-confidence, thanks to the trust you will place in others.
👉 DARE TO SHOW YOUR EMOTIONS
You might think that because you are not confident enough, you find it hard to speak your mind and share your emotions, leading you to label yourself as an introvert. Challenge these thoughts and try to think of the opposite situation. Perhaps this lack of self-confidence that you suffer is the result of the mask that you try to put on your emotions, you fear the reaction of others and rather than assert yourself, you prefer to anticipate a situation that does not exist. Sometimes you are even the source of the problem that does not exist at the time you think you are experiencing it. Dare to say what you think, accept to share your emotions with your loved ones and give the truest version of yourself. Don't put any barriers to your feelings (love or friendship), and it is the fact of giving yourself up that those around you will give you more interest and trust. And all this will have the effect of boosting your self-esteem. At first the results will not be immediate as your family and friends may be surprised by your new behaviour, but measure the evolution over time.

HOW TO HAVE SELF-CONFIDENCE
👉 GET INTO ACTION MODE TO BE CONFIDENT
Remember this forever: "action solves 99% of all problems". If you are more of a passive person, i.e. you let yourself go with the flow of what happens to you without doing anything, taking action will have a lot of positive effects on your life. Don't systematically wait for someone to suggest an activity, a trip, or even a job if you are looking for one. Don't leave it up to anyone else to decide how to spend your time. Take the initiative and do what you want. If you want to try new things, meet new people, take action. If you want to take on a business opportunity that you have discovered or been offered, take action. Know that being the actor of your life will always be more beneficial than suffering the situations of your daily life.
👉 LEARN FROM FAILURE AND BOUNCE BACK BETTER
There is an adage that says: "to succeed, you have to fail" and this also works for having self-confidence. The one who consistently succeeds in whatever he does might not know his true worth. To know this, there is perhaps nothing better than to face one's failures. I know that this is one of the hardest things to do: to accept losing, not succeeding, or failing. Yet when we find ourselves in this feeling of dissatisfaction, that's when we have the most cards to play. Whatever the situation that led to the failure, you need to be able to understand the reasons for it: what was too much, what was not enough, how you could have done better, and if you had to do it again, wouldn't you refer to it differently? this introspection will be a formidable weapon for your next experience. And if you overcome the fear of another failure, you will only act with more confidence.

HOW TO HAVE SELF-CONFIDENCE
If you are one of those who lack confidence, here are some tips to apply to have self-esteem in your daily life. The first thing to do is :
👉 HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR LIFE
If you easily accept proposals that are made to you or situations that fall on you, you must first dare to say no, and listen to yourself. This will allow you to make decisions for yourself without taking into account external phenomena. Also set a rhythm for yourself. What do you want to do? Do you need others to do it? Can you trust yourself? Also create your own routine, as you see it, trust yourself to only do things you want to do.
👉 RECONNECT WITH YOUR SELF-ESTEEM
You probably spend a lot of time thinking about how you're not good enough to do this or that, of course Côme every person, you have flaws, areas you need to work on. But always keep your self-esteem. You certainly receive compliments from your entourage, accept them, especially those that come up most often, because this is the image you send back and these are your strong points. You can, for example, counterbalance your weaknesses with your strengths and simply tell yourself that you are a good person with efforts to make like everyone else.
👉 TURN FEAR INTO POSITIVE ENERGY
One of the biggest barriers to self-confidence is fear. We are all afraid of something whether it is concrete or abstract and this fear plagues and obsesses us. Do exercises to identify your deepest fear and try to understand why you are afraid. You also need to turn that fear into strength.

👉 Have a realistic view of your abilities.
Having self-confidence is also beneficial not only for mental health, success, but also decision making and resilience.

Aujourd'hui c'est le jour où on célèbre les travailleurs du monde entier. En ce jour mémorable, je souhaite bonne fête de travail à tout ceux qui chaque jour se tuent au four et ou moulin pour remplir leur obligation envers leur employeur pour certains et envers leurs clients pour d'autres. Et continuez de faire ce que vous faites, avec amour et bonté même si parfois les conditions de travail sont difficiles.
