On the 31st of August, 2025, the Mile 14 community children became recipients of our annual back to school initiative.The back-to-school campaign, planned and executed in just a month and two weeks, presented numerous logistical and emotional challenges, yet it unfolded as one of our most impactful programs to date.

From the moment we arrived, the reality of the children’s daily struggles was felt. As we stepped into the community, a young boy exclaimed, “Black legs!”—a stark reminder of the insecurities and societal stigmas many of these children carry. Despite our preparations to set aside our own anxieties, these words elicited a profound emotional response. It was a moment that reminded us why our work is so critical.

During the campaign, we shared stories, distributed essential school supplies, and engaged with the children in meaningful ways. While 50 children had been expected, over 75 attended, underscoring the strong desire for support and education in the community. However, many left shortly after receiving their gifts, due to fear of the unknown.

Despite these challenges, the campaign was a success. Each interaction, each shared story, and each gift provided more than material support—it offered recognition, encouragement, and the promise that these children are not alone in their journey. Our hope is that, with continued support, they will find the strength to pursue their dreams.

Every child deserves the chance to chase their dreams, but for many, going back to school remains a challenge. This year, we are launching our 6th annual Back-to-School Program, aimed at providing underprivileged children with the tools, materials, and support they need to succeed in their education.

A big shout out to one of our amazing and hardworking volunteers who got to represent us at a very intensive and interesting workshop from the 10-12th July 2025.

"I( Ayissi Mballa )was privileged to attend and represent Love for humanity on a 3days GBV (Gender Base Violence) Justice and Alliance case worker training opened by the Sub delegate of women empowerment and the family Mme Arrah Bertha 😊,a vision spear headed by Barrister Martina Azaah and Founders of some active and recognized humanitarian organizations,it was wonderful indeed, if you’re not informed you’ll be deformed.

I got to learn some common mistakes treated like difference between gender and s*x, survivors,victims and beneficiaries especially when used on forms or asking someone I know you’ll be like but how?!😂 that’s not only all,how to manage survivors,referral pathways etc as seen on the flyer.

The 3days training was equally documented by certifying each participant 🥳..

Don’t intensify the pain of others,help them out of it 🤗

I believe everyone has the right to happiness because when an individual is happy ideas flow and growth happens so!! the immediate surrounding will be happy 😊 and the nation then the world..💃🏻💃🏻"

I'm literally getting emotional now😭

Love for humanity at it again,celebrating world health day today 7th of April 2025 under the theme Healthy beginnings,Hopful future led us to reach out to children at primary level because what you learn as child takes you through and it is easily retained for even the Holy Bible quotes that “….train a child in the way she/he should grow and she/he will not depart from it…”

We can attest that 70% of the basic hygiene/etiquette we all exhibit now we learnt them when we were still children so to have a healthy future we should start now and with the children..

No one is above learning so together let’s keep our environments clean and prioritize our health.
Thanks to the principal and staff of Government Primary School Ndongo Buea,Cameroon for the opportunity to sensitize the children especially in gathering them together 😂

Happy International women's Day

Intentionality hits different when it’s exhibited!!.

We were super happy interacting with young vibrant females who shared their experiences at home and in school,listening to them was so interesting and one couldn’t help but stay with them forever 🤭 but, oops 🙊 they had to return to their normal activities..

So many of them yearn to be heard and directed in the right path.If we can do it for them you too can!!. All we could do today was nurture and direct them to the right path through our words and plan of action as we all know they’re the future we dream of..Constantly reminding especially that young girl that All Dreams are Valid and their backgrounds shouldn't put their backs to the ground.
We keep spreading love today,tomorrow and forever because it is the best language of our time..

Thanks to the Principal and staff of GBHS Lycee Molyko Buea for trusting us with their students to play a vital role in their life journey…
