When falsehood becomes an institution any attempt to tell the truth becomes a rebellion.
To build an inclusive Country we must have a multicultural state policy that does not promote cultural diversity in 'a purely tribalistic fashion '.Stop systemic tribalism in both the public and private employment sector.Employ base on competence not tribes.Recruitement in ministries must not be based on tribalism .
I would like to expose a situation. If your children don't learn with children with special needs at school and have never been taught that not everyone is equal, maybe you should spend 10 minutes tonight to explain it to them, because although they don't currently live with these children at school, they will find them in their lives, for sure.
In light of recent events regarding the exclusion of a child with autism from attending a school trip and a child with Down Syndrome being expelled from dance class because she couldn't keep up with it, I feel the need to share this. There are boys and girls that no one invites to birthday parties. There are special children who want to be part of a team but are not selected because it's more important to win than to include these children. Kids with special needs aren't weird , they just want what everyone wants: to be accepted!
Can I ask a question? Is there anyone willing to copy and paste this post on their wall without sharing it, like I did, for all the special children out there?
Please teach your children to be kind to these beautiful children!
Everyone needs love and kindness.

INTERNATIONAL ALBINISM AWARENESS DAY-JUNE 13TH 2020.A SHORT INTERVIEW OVER CBC HAVING Ekie Gabriel MacAkwo as Guest speaker.
Today 9/06/2020 OPSIO LEADERSHIP MADE TIME TO CREATE AWARENESS AGAINST THE UPCOMING ALBINISM AWARENESS DAY -JUNE 13TH OVER CBC RADIO
It is with deep shock I learnt of the sudden passing away of the great advocate for Persons with Albinism-PWA ,Josephat Torner of Josephat Torner Foundation. This is very shocking news! What an advocate for PWA! A King has fallen but Josephat your works will not go in vein.We shall continue the struggle my brother
Albinism is a condition and not a disease, curse or misfortune. It is offensive to call a human by his Condition .Stop the offensive labelling such as 'ALBINO, NGANGERU, MOKALA WHITE MAN.'
Persons with albinism is at least a more better labelling .it is better to discribe a person using his condition than to directly call a person by his condition e g a physically challenged person rather than 'eboa','a mumu' etc.
Offensive labelling is a method of dehumanisation and of course discrimination. It fosters social exclusion.
The tongue requires self censorship else it dehumanises the humanity in others.Persons with albinism world wide are psychologically affected by offensive labelling from their immediate family members and friends as well as other external entities or institutions.
No matter the offensive labelling we shall invent positive responses that shall call humanity to order with the hope of normalising labels that acknowledge our divine origin rather than a curse.

LEGISLATIVE DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PERSONS WITH ALBINISM-PWA IN CAMEROON
Persons with ALBINISM are considered to be protected under local laws relating to disability.
In all of these texts and decrees no single word relating to persons with ALBINISM is used. How other groups of persons with disability have their conditions or groups expressly written. Why threat PWA this way? How can you even imply such laws promote and protect rights of persons with albinism ?
SPEAK OUT recommend a law protecting PWA .
my own way to promote social inclusion
My 2020 academic dissertation :An assessment on the the role of the rule of law in the protection of the rights of PERSONS WITH ALBINISM in Cameroon.
Persons with albinism (PWA) undergo multiple forms of discrimination, prejudice, segregation and dehumanisation in their immediate families and the society in general. In some countries the responsibility to protect using the rule of law have been indifferent. Rights violations are exercised with impunity.Who cares to implement or enforce the law? Maybe even you reading don't bother. In academic discourse our subject is of little or no concern. It is time we all show interest. Lord give me the resources to sail through.
