Baptist Bilingual College of Arts, Science and Technology (BBCAST)- Bafoussam successfully organized an Open Business Entrepreneuial Exhibition Day event on Friday March 13, 2026 under the theme “Creativity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: From Craftsmanship to High Technology.” The event brought together students, parents, educators, and community members to explore the evolving role of creativity in a rapidly advancing technological world. The Youth and Students Department of the CBC, under the leadership of Rev Ayeah Liberty have expressed their willingness to partner with CBC Education Department to render their services in any way they can to help build God fearing pupils and students and to fulfill the great commission stated in Mathew 28:19-20. It was against this backdrop that the Communication Desk of the CBC ED had some fruitful conversations surrounding the CBC ED, their mission, their services and what they offer. This was during the CBC Youth and Students Department's Council Meeting that took place today Friday November 28, 2025. According to the Youth and students Department' Director, this partnership will enhance spiritual growth in all the institutions and help to facilitate the teaching and learning processes.

Going beyond advocacy to application laws, Departmental Heads of Baptist Comprehensive High School Nkwen have been schooled on need to implore reasonable examination accommodation approaches for children with disabilities in the teaching learning processes to enable learners with disabilities have access to quality education. This was during a working session that took place today at the BCHS Nkwen Science Laboratory. According to the facilitator, Mr. Nathaniel Chan, the assistant project coordinator of the Sustainable Inclusive Education Project Resource Center-Nkwen, there's need to use diverse teaching methods. He called on the Heads of Department to develop a departmental guide for accessible testing, collaborat with special education teachers to enhance inclusive education in BCHS Nkwen and beyond.

On the occasion of the 31st Edition of the World Teacher's Day, celebrated under the theme " Recasting Teaching as a Collaborative Profession", the CBC Education Département wishes all the teachers a wonderful celebration. Happy Teacher's Day as you celebrate with decorum and propriety.

The Sustainable Inclusive Education Project, SIEP of the CBC Education Department has graduated the 4th Batch of students after two months of intensive training in Braille and Sign language. The program that began in August ended today, September 6, 2025 with 51 students certified with these long lasting skills. This 4th Batch were christened "Beacons of Connections" and pleded their loyalty in building an inclusive society.
It is important to note that, the SIEP resource Centre of the CBC ED has as Coordinator, Mrs. Buifon MaryAnn and as the Project Manager, Mr. Chan Nathaniel who have been the force behind this initiative under the supervision of the CBC Education Secretary, Dr. Napthalin Achubang Atanga.
This colourful event had over 300 invitees from various sectors.
This program comes up every summer holidays, from August to September, open to all who are interested in learning this new language.
