Today we don’t just say “Happy Nurses Day.”
We say THANK YOU.

Thank you to every nurse who held a patient’s hand at 2AM.
Thank you to every student nurse who chose sleepless nights with past questions over sleep, because you know June 15 is bigger than comfort.

You are not just wearing white.
You are wearing courage.
You are wearing sacrifice.
You are wearing the hope of every mother in labor, every child with fever, every man fighting for one more breath.

To our Hard Workers Level 100s, 200, and 300s:
36 days to HND. The lamp you carry isn’t just for exams. It’s Florence Nightingale’s lamp. It’s the light Cameroon’s hospitals are waiting for.

They call you “just a student” now.
On June 15, they’ll call you “Nurse.”
After registration, they’ll call you “Life-saver.”

So keep pushing. Keep caring. Keep revising.
Because when the ward gets heavy, it’s Hard Workers who don’t break.

To every SRN, every HND graduate, every lecturer who trained us:
You showed us that nursing is not a job. It’s a calling. We are proud to walk in your footsteps.
