The time to save our environment is now.

The journalists and young storytellers in our Community Journalism for Environment project are actively engaging with the community. Some are writing articles, others are working on a documentary film, and still others are hosting transformative conversations about our environment and climate change.

We extend our gratitude to one of the participants, Amamboh Carrey Pride for hosting this discussion through a community radio, which highlights how climate change and poor water management are affecting communities in Bamenda, North West and their access to potable water. We are reminded that finding solutions requires collective effort.

Global Youth Mobilization

We recently hosted an inspiring workshop with journalists and young storytellers, diving deep into Environmental Reporting and Storytelling.

Together, we discussed on the challenges in reporting about climate change and environmental issues in Cameroon. We also explored how data, narratives, and knowledge management can shape powerful environmental stories that drive awareness and action.

Global Youth Mobilization

Draufsicht represented by Tantan Patience participated in the recently concluded Connected Camero(o/un) forum organized by the Goethe-Institut Kamerun in Yaounde. We are happy that our work in global education and art is noticeable.

The forum brought together 90 participants representing associations from all regions of Cameroon. This was an avenue for organisations to network, establish ground for collaborations, and learn more about the activities of other organizations in their various communities.
The three-day forum was equally a knowledge-gaining opportunity for us. It included a keynote presentation on empowerment and social cohesion and sessions on project planning, writing, budgeting, reporting, and evaluation.
