Each of us is born into this world with an inmate ability. It can be either a good voice, or drawing ability, ability to speak effortlessly or teaching ability that comes naturally.

But many just say it's their hobby and are pursuing for a majority a course or a carrier they don't like just because it's in Vogue.

Life is a daring adventure or nothing. Turn that your gift into a business. Sharpen your gift and make it have a commercial value and people will pay you to do what you love. Remember it's only the passion you have for what you do that can get other people to be interested in what you do.

Don't live your life and regret in the future that had you known you would have followed your passion alongside your job. Your job can't make you rich but your gift/talent can make you a fortune.

WHAT IS MY POTENTIAL?

Hello guys! It's my pleasure again to share with you on this topic of potential and our topic of purpose.

I have observed for a while now, that many people are not aware of their potential. That is what they are really capable of doing compared to what they have already done.

Many ask the question: What can I do? This question is very important for you to get an answer for it if you want to live a successful and fulfilled life. Many are locked up in life studying what they don't like and working at the job they have no passion for. This will ultimately make them failures.

What is potential? Potential is the innate ability, capacity, talent and gift you were born with. You don't learn your potential, you are born with it and you develop and refine it to excellence.

Your prosperity is in you. Why do I say that? God never creates anything without putting into that creature the necessary ability to perform its reason for existence. For example a fish has the potential to swim and it is manifesting it's potential by actually swimming.

Who you are now is not what you truly are. You can become much more than what you are now. What you have done so far in life in nothing compared to what you can still do.

To discover, understand, and release your potential you must discover your specific reason for existence. You cannot effectively release your potential if you don't discover God's purpose for giving you life.

Your potential and purpose are perfectly related because God never requires you to do or be something that is not part of His purpose for your life. Your potential enables you to fulfill your purpose, and your purpose reveals the potential hidden within you.

LET'S TALK ABOUT PURPOSE

The word purpose appears 36 times in the Bible. God is a God of purpose and therefore He created man for a purpose.

You were created and born into this world for a reason and until you discover the reason for your living, your life life will have no meaning and fulfilment no matter the things you have.

Your fulfilment in life depends on your becoming and doing what you were created to be and to do.

Many people engage in the quest for acquirering material things and position in life in the bid to find meaning and satisfaction. They run aimlessly around; beating the air and waisting their precious lives.

Purpose is the master motivator and mother of commitment. It gives birth to hope and instills the passion to act. Your existence is the proof that this generation needs something that your life contains.

The greatest tragedy in life is not death but a life without reason. It is dangerous to be alive and not know why you were given life.

"Before I formed you in your mother's womb I knew you and I appointed you to be a prophet unto the nations" (Jeremiah 1:5). There's something you have been appointed to do before you were born. Stop pursuing shadows.

PURPOSE DISCOVERY
Today I want to talk about the subject above briefly. This is because your life meaning depends on the fullfilment or your purpose. So let's start.

You are not a product of accident. You didn't just happen. You are thoroughly designed perfectly to fit into a place in God's agenda with respect to establishing his kingdom on the earth. God didn't create you for jobs, God created you for good works (Ephesians 2: 10).

True fulfilment in life comes from fulfilling the demands of purpose. But purpose answers to revelation. Only God can reveal to you what he has made you for. What if you like five things, how will you know which connects to your purpose? Only your creator can tell you what he made you for. You don't think your way to purpose discovery. it has to be shown you.

You are not designed to meet every need; you are not designed to solve every problem. You are not designed to help everybody. There is a specificity to God's purpose for your life!
Jesus didn't die for you to live a good life. He died for you that you may live for him and fulfill the purpose for which you were made.

A man that knows his CALLING AND PURPOSE CAN NEVER BE UNEMPLOYED. Walking in purpose is to be enlisted in God's work force. He automatically becomes your employer. You won't have a problem with unemployment.

Now that you are done with school, why don't you give God your CV. By going on a retreat and trashing things out. God, what's up with my life, I am tired of running the rat race of making ends meet. Show me what exactly, you want me to do. Your life becomes beautiful when you truly find the one thing for which you were designed.

How do we find our purpose? It's very easy. Ask God and be serious about it. Be intentional. If you are here and you are not born again by faith in Christ Jesus and repentance from sin, you have not subscribed to destiny fulfillment yet. Ephesian 2:10. Connects the good works you were made for to your recreation in Christ Jesus.

By asking the Lord through prayers and waiting on him he will bring to your awareness what has been written about you (Jeremiah 33:3, Hebrews 10:7, Hebrews 11:6)Waiting on God in spiritual exercises that include fasting, prayers and study of the word of God.

Discovering purpose requires your diligence in seeking the Lord and your being intentional brings about getting an answer. Fast for days and weeks if you have to. Pray for hours if you have to, until you find it, you don't stop. That one thing is what make your life counts. You don't have all the time, doing try and error. Get it once and for all and after getting it you can then begin to train for your life assignment. A man has not start to live if he is not living for what he was created for.

So start today to inquire from God Almighty about his calling for your life. As for me God gave me a dream about my calling and am presently inquiring from him for understanding about the message of the call, the people I am sent to, the place of the call, the time of the call etc (Hab 2:1-3).

Hello to you. We are about getting off the first month of this new year 2021.
How about your goals and plans this year? Have you written them down? A goal or plan not written is just an illusion.

Where ever you are in life today is as a result of a series of choices and goals you had unconsciously set for yourself.

If you don't like the way your life looks now, you can change it. Have a deep search in your heart about what is it you really want to achieve be it financially, spiritually, intellectually, career, business, family etc.

When you have a definite answer to your target in each of these areas, then draw an action plan of the things you need to do and habits you need to develop and those you need to change for your goals to be achieved.

Just remember that some goals or plan are short, medium and long term. You need to be patient in working on the long term goals because you might not see immediate results.

You will surely encounter obstacles and challenges but the attitude you adopt will determine if you are a winner or loser. The one most important habit to develop is discipline and self-discipline.

I pray you will put yourself to work and make this year count more in every area of your life.

Money is an important part of our lives and i have seen that many people have not been able to acquire Financial education or developed their Financial intelligence over time. The lack of these two elements is the cause of 90% of our financial struggles.

WHAT NEXT AFTER THE UNIVERSITY?

This December, thousands of students will be graduating from the various state and private universities to flood the job market. But the sad truth is that many have not been counselled on how to face the job market and don't have the necessary skills required to land a graduate job position. As a result many will not get a job.

The average age of job hunters is 24yrs and averagely 50,000 students will graduate this month. There are not many companies are able to absorb this number of students in our nation.

The best way to predict the future is to create it. And a graduate can do that by creating a job for him/herself. But unfortunately they are not thought about entrepreneurship in school. The best school thought them was to be employees (job seekers). If after 4 years of graduating from the University a student is still unemployed, them he/she was not thought well in the university.

There are student who have a degree in management who are now teaching primary schools or accounting students who are doing daily collection in credit unions. This is a misplacement of ability and lack of creativity.

The problem to the joblessness in our society is due to lack of orientation and training of the youths to be job creators and not job seekers. A rich society is a society of entrepreneurship ventures.
