At the edge of the ancient forest of Velmora, hidden from maps and forgotten by time, stood a waterfall unlike any other. It crashed endlessly into a pool so serene, the mist above it whispered secrets to those who dared to listen. But what truly set this place apart was what lay at its base — a bed of peals of surpassing luster, smooth silver-white petals, and glistening rocks of every imaginable color.

Legend said the waterfall was the weeping of the Forest Spirit, who once fell in love with a mortal artist. When he died, she poured her sorrow into the stream, and her tears solidified into shimmering peals and colored stones — her emotions forever crystallized in the water’s flow.

Locals believed that anyone who waded barefoot into the pool and picked a single gem would hear the Spirit’s voice — not just with their ears, but in their heart. She would show them a truth they had forgotten, a memory buried too deep, or a love they feared lost.

But only those pure of heart could carry the jewel away. Others would find it melt in their hands like morning mist.

And so, to this day, the waterfall sings — and beneath its roar, the forest listens.
