The poultry students of GYTA INSTITUTE undertook a practical training on how to build an incubator.
They can successfully build their own incubators used in hatching their own eggs.
This Entrepreneurial skill is very necessary for them as it helps increase their productivity in the poultry section.

The students are monitoring and evaluating their green house crops while monitoring their tomatoes field.

The students also undertake practical training on Green House farming as another method of crop cultivation and marketing gardening.

A sincere congratulatory message goes to all those who wrote the GCE OL/AL this year. To all those who succeeded and all those who didn't succeed, I must say the difference between you both is known by what you offer in the field.

To those who succeeded, congratulations once more you gave in more time in class to read, study and be able to give back to the markers what you were taught and you were given a passed grade. You have made your parents proud academically with "flying colours". Keep up the spirit.

To all those who didn't make it in the GCE EXAMS, I say BIG CONGRATULATIONS because failing in class doesn't meaning you have failed in life. Congratulations because you were busy looking for your answers in the field since the classroom couldn't answer your questions. Most and majority of those who owns businesses and companies didn't go to school. Shout out to u all.

To our parents, this is not the century where we blame our children for failing an exam. Do not not make them feel they are the last, worsed, disobedience and dull children in the community. Encourage them to try harder next time. Do not pamper them but caution them with passion.

To both parents and students, parents should sit down their children and do some evaluation as to why they didn't succeed in class. The students should be sincere enough to tell their parents what they are passionate about or what they prefer. This is because not all students have the same IQ to be reading. You may end up discovering that your child need to learn a trade or go to Institution that he/she will practice by doing not reading.

Note:

Some students were born to read while others were born to do the things.

You may only end up spending so much money if you make it compulsory for your child to succeed that exam if it's not his/her passion.

Ask the child what he/she is passionate about and guide them towards that path. That's where they will become successful, make you proud for listening to them and build you the house or buy you the car you ever dreamed of.

CONTINUES BATTLE BETWEEN THE YOUTH AND UNEMPLOYMENT.
(ENTREPRENEURSHIP)

There's a long rope to pull between unemployment in Cameroon and the number of jobs available. The truth is the growth rate of the Cameroon population has outsmart the available resources per head per income.

The existing jobs as may be seen by many of us are 60% underpaid yet resources are still available unexploited. What could be the reason then for unemployment rate in Cameroon.
From the pictures below, over DARE TV SHOW it was an opportunity given to me to present reasons that account for the underdevelopment, unemployment and high crime rate among youths especially in the North west region of Cameroon.

WHAT IS THE ROOT CAUSED OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN CAMEROON?
1)Lack of industries
2)Unexploited Resources
3)Lack of skills
4)System of education
5) Government policies
6)lack of creativity
I listed the above causes of unemployment in Cameroon but you will realized that while some are just symptoms others are the diseases themselves.

America originated from a desert to what it is today, meaning there were no resources, policies, education or industries but the application of CREATIVE THINKING AND SKILLS let to what we call AMERICA today and every other aforementioned causes became existing.

What am I trying to say, you must first meet a problem or identify a problem which is the desert, then be creative on how to solve that problem which marks the origin of transforming it to America.
Apply your skills, remember you were born with something unique only you and God can see or identify.

Our system of education has played major role to the increase of unemployed youth but should we sit and complain? Ofcourse not, a little contribution can be made through what we have as skills and this will take us all out of the problem of the day which is UNEMPLOYMENT.

I urge our youths and graduates to identify something that is preventing them from moving up and take it as a challenge and a project upon yourself, employ the right resources and team members to see that your ideas solve this problem. We can't solve all problems but we can solve the root causes of problems.
Let's get the right skills and take that bold steps to make things better for every boy and girls in our community and region at large.

TRANSFORMING EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN CAMEROON AT THE WORLD SUMMIT...ORGANIZED BY THE UNITED NATION.

GYTA was highly represented at the conference hall of the consultative meeting to defend the fact that the educational system in Cameroon is a nightmare leaving 80% of youths unemployed after graduation with many years spent in school.

The three questions posed by the UN were...
1-What is your dream?
2-Does the educational system in Cameroon permit you to achieve this dream?
3-What can you or should be changed in the educational system?

95% of all the members of the conference including member of European Union, professors, trainers and private sectors focused on practicals. According to them, education is cosmetics/social which doesn't permit you to create jobs after many years spend in school.
Certificate has become the dreams of youth and not more job creations.

It will shock many youths who are still running after Certificate that, it's gradually loosing it's value as anyone now gets closer to university and comes out with any Certificate they want through s*x, purchased, bribe, selling of marks but there's one thing that you will never Collect with s*x, bribe, or buy in the market. That thing is SKILLS. You must work to acquire it.

Companies in Cameroon now recruits Certificates and not skills. Competitive exams now recruits Certificates and not skills. Our secondary schools now collect 100frs for handwork not more brooms or chairs fabricated by a student.
Unemployment in our country has been highly promoted by our own government through the absence of promoting vocational institutes and by the youths themselves through the methodology of easily gotten money.

The change is gradually coming when our community and nation will embrace skills acquisition and not more Certificate. We want to thank the UN body and the government officials for this great initiative to create jobs for our youths.

Agriculture is the first and digitalization the second. Many Institutions have become a scam where students are promised to study and do practicals but end up scamming the students without any form of operation of farm practiced except at the level of examination. WHO ARE YOU FOOLING the students or the Institution. Question a verifier.
