Amazing class today. In the market we buy all the ingredients we needed, then we cook our 5-course menu:

- Pebre
- Pine Empanadas
- Entrance: Ceviche de Reineta and Palta Reina
- Bottom: Charquicán with sausage
- Dessert:
Leche Asada with sour cherries
- Drinks: pisco sour, wines by .chile

All credits to today's guests, who worked in an extremely organized manner, as a team of professional chefs.

(And everyone met today for the first time)

Let’s cook some delicious chilean food!
This, for example, is the charquicán, a dry stew made with potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, corn, green beans and some longaniza on top in this case. Adding a touch of pebre, and you’ll have one of the most authentic dishes in our cuisine.

Would you like to learn this dish? We can take you to the market and give you the best tips to pick the right vegetables, and then teach you how to cook a truly chilean feast!

We had an incredible class with these guys from ! It was a fun day, with a lot of Chilean culture, so empanadas, charquican, pisco sour and delicious wines from .chile.
We provide classes for big groups like these students from USA! Talk with us, we are celiac, vegetarian, kosher friendly!

Making empanadas it’s an art.
It’s not just the perfect dough and a delicious meat filling (called “pino”) that makes the perfect empanada, in fact is having passion and love for the food are the key, that’s all that matters 😋.
