Combines Spanish immersion course with ski/snowboarding in the Andes Mountains near Santiago, Chile. All participants must have medical insurance.
This program is geared towards current or recently graduated college students, with a minimum age of 19. Spanish and snowboarding levels may range from beginner to advanced. However, the program is not rigorous enough for expert or competitive-level snowboarders. Openness to new experiences and willingness to learn are must-haves for successful ECELA students.
