DECLARATION OF THE UTLAND STORM COUNCIL

For many years, David Kilbourn has led Utland Storm as its Commander. With dedication and vision, he built and guided lags across the American continent, shaping our brotherhood into the strong and vibrant force it is today, uniting more than 300 members under the Viking spirit and Phil Burthem’s vision.

After thoughtful deliberation, the Utland Styrsman Council, together with our Commander, has chosen a successor to continue this legacy. This honor falls upon Raymond Rowe, Styrsman of Locheirelag and Jomsviking prospect, whose steadfast commitment and leadership have made him one of the pillars of the Viking movement in the Americas.

This transition marks a new chapter for our community while honoring the enduring contributions of the man who forged our path. David will continue to hold his seat on the Council as a voice of wisdom and respect, ensuring the foundation he built remains strong.

The handover ceremony will take place at Farm Wars 2026, where we hope the entire Utland Storm will gather to celebrate this moment and pay homage to a leader whose work has inspired us all.
